職務說明：
1. Directly lead all functional departments within the Network Appliance LOB. The LOB head is aiming to manage the Sales, Project Management and R&D teams to fulfill Enterprise Network Firewalls, UTM, Wired and Wireless LAN, WAN optimization and Application Delivery demands.
2. Coordinate among different functional leaders to ensure executions are well integrated with the LOB strategies and goals.
3. Identifying market trends, TAM&SAM, and business opportunities. To define Product and Technology Roadmap, Market Segmentations. Forming key business strategies. In charge of full P&L responsibilities.
4. New business development and corporate key account management.
5. Product planning (covering both x86 and ARM based solution) and partner relationship management.

專長條件：
1. Currently BU/LOB head equivalent or above position in networking or industrial PC-related (x86) JDM/ODM industry
2. P&L management experience
3. Proven track record of key accounts business and relationship management experience
4. Passionate to market and product knowledge, engineering or product management background will be a plus
5. Minimal 5 years or above management experience in a large cross-functional organization consisting of Sales, Business Management, Sourcing and Engineering is preferred.
6. Fluent in English and capable of traveling is a must.
